Can I drop by to view your facility?
Yes, of course you can! All visitors are required to make an advance booking with us before dropping by!

5pm - 7pm: Dinner, Walks, Clean Up
7pm - 9am: Bed Time!
Requirements of all guests:
All boarding & daycare guests are required to be fully vaccinated and proof of vaccination have to be presented before/upon check in. All boarding & daycare guests are required to be up to date on external & internal parasite treatment and proof of application have to be presented before/upon check in. Whiskey's reserves all rights to reject/postpone any services booked to any pet that is suspected/found with contagious disease/behavioural problem/temperamental problem/without valid documents for the safety and well-being of all pet(s) and staff in our care.
Do my pets need to come in for a temperament test before the boarding?
No, we do not require all pets to come in for a temperament test but owners are welcome to bring their furbies along during the viewing sessions and we can get to know more about them from there.
Otherwise, we typically let doggy guests take their time to get to know the handlers and the environment. We will slowly introduce them one by one to other dogs and group them according to their playing style/character to minimise risks of fights.
No temperament test is required for feline guests too as cats are naturally territorial and hence, all kitty play will be carried out on a one-on-one basis.
Are you guys licensed to run a pet hotel and daycare centre?
Yes! We are URA approved & AVS licensed!
What if my dog is unfriendly towards other dogs?
Fret not! We accept dogs who are selective/unsociable with other pooches. We have 3 main play areas that dogs can hang out and enjoy their play time at. This allows us to separate dogs who are not able to get along into the various play areas.
What if my pet is unfriendly towards humans?
We do accept pets with human aggression issue but it is at a case by case basis. Do understand that we have to take care of our handlers too!
What if my pet marks a lot/is not potty trained?
Our handlers at Whiskey's are able to try our best to assist with potty training during the period your pet is in our care! There's no 100% success rate but we try our best!
My furby is on raw/home-cooked food. Can he/she stick to his/her usual diet?
Of course! We cater to all sorts of diet, be it cooked, raw, canned or kibble! Just leave us with the instructions and we will stick to it closely so as to not disrupt your babies' routine!
I have a pet that requires medicine feeding/eye drops/ear drops. Are you able to accommodate?
No problem at all, all our handlers are experienced with medication feeding and administration of eye/ear drops. Have a furbaby that requires application of cream/balm? Just bring all that's required and we will do it at no extra charge!
What about insulin jab/subcutaneous drip?
Do let us know in advance if your pet requires special medical attention, we will do our best in administering the insulin/subcut drip. However, prior consultation is required and we do it on a case by case basis. No extra charges too! Medical visits to the vets are also available during the course of boarding. Extra fee may apply in such cases.
Can I bring my own belongings?
Feel free to pack your furbabies' luggage along! Some like to bring their own bed while others bring their own pee tray and litter. We will decorate your pets' resting area with their belongings! We usually recommend owners to bring along an old clothing/old toy so as to let your pets acclimatise easily to the new environment. However, Whiskey's are not liable for any soiling/lost/damage to any belonging brought along for the boarding/daycare.
How do I make reservations for my furbabies?
Just drop us an email/whatsapp/call and our friendly staff will assist with the booking!
Do I get to see my babies during their boarding/daycare?
Of course! We send plenty of photos and videos during your furbies' stay with us and if you feel that it is insufficient, just request for more!
Will anyone be stationed at the shop during their bed time?
No, there will be no staff in the shop between 7pm to 9am daily. However, all rest areas in our suites/cabins are pet-proof and safe for your furbies to rest in. All dog suites are also equipped with CCTV surveillance where we monitor them every now and then through the night.
Any CCTV for the worry-mommies to see their babies on?
All our dog suites are equipped with CCTV surveillance. However, we do not open it to owners as it may lag the system and cause disruption to the surveillance on our end. Feel free to drop us a whatsapp when it's their rest time, we are more than happy to grab a screenshot of the CCTV footage for you!
My dog is outdoor trained, will he/she be brought out for walks?
Yes! We provide 2-3 walks daily but priority will be given to those who are outdoor trained. Feel free to opt out of the walkies if you do not want us to walk your dog!
What if I need to check in early/check out late?
Prior arrangements can be made with us! However, additional daycare/babysitting charges applies!
Will my dogs get to play with other dogs? Can I opt out of the group play program?
Yes, we usually let dogs interact with other dogs that they can get along with. All play will be carried out under staff's supervision. If you do not feel comfortable with letting your dog interact with other dogs, just tick 'no' in the pet's particulars form and we will let him/her have their separate snuggle time with the humans!
What if my pet fall sick during their stay?
Don't worry, we update owners frequently on their furbies' well-being. In the event your pet is sick during his/her stay, we will first try to contact you and make arrangements with you. If owners are uncontactable, we will bring your pet to your preferred vet/the nearest vet available. Vet costs will be borne by owners and at times, a small transport fee may apply too but we will definitely do what it takes to get your furby back to prime health.
Will my pets be kept clean during their stay?
Hygiene and your pets' well-being is our utmost priority. Although on paper we say that complimentary basic grooming is provided to dogs who stay more than 7 nights and for cats; 14 nights, we go the extra mile to ensure that all pets are clean and feeling good. We do wipe downs/bath/facial cleaning/ears cleaning as and when we feel that it is required.
How do I make payment?
Payment can be made via cash/nets/bank transfer/pay lah!/paynow upon check in/check out.
Any deposit required? What if I cancel my travel plans? Will I be able to get my deposits back?
Whiskey's reserves all rights to collect a 50% deposit payment upon confirmation of bookings.
In the event where owners cancel the boarding session without providing a minimum of 14 days' notice, all deposit payment will be forfeited.
