Rules & Regulations

• Minimum booking of 2 hours or more is required for each party
• Full payment must be made to secure the booking
• A $150 deposit will be collected prior to the start of the party. Should organiser return the venue in its original condition, all deposit payment will be returned. 
• We allow BYO food & beverages but no alcohol is permitted in the premise. 
• We allow BYO food & beverages for pets
• Feel free to bring your own decorating items. However, no form of adhesive is to be used on all walls and ceiling.
• Any damages to the walls/property/furniture will incur additional charges. 
• For BYO food & beverages, we do not provide cutleries.
• Dogs with excessive marking/humping behaviour have to be on pampers/belly-bands at all times.
• Owners are expected to clean up after their own pets. 
• Please return the place & furniture in its original condition. 
• Additional cleaning fees may be charged should organiser return the venue in an unacceptable condition. 
• All owners are to be responsible of your own pet. We will not be liable to any injuries/deaths/alterations/lost of your pet during the party. 
• All visitors are to be free of ticks/contagious diseases. We reserve all rights to reject entry to any pets found/suspected with ticks/contagious diseases.
• All Terms & Conditions found in the T&C page of this website applies during the party.
